Drier air in place will keep only a 20 percent chance of showers across the southern zones later this afternoon. NE flow will mainly be in place across the area with a turn to the north in the afternoon along the coast as a weak sea breeze develops. Highs are on track to reach into the upper 80s to lower 90s. Have no updates planned. Drier conditions continue through the weekend, then moisture returns across the area for next week.

Light NE flow increases through the afternoon to 8-10 knots, then becoming more N/NW as a weak sea breeze develops near the coast. A stray shower may be possible across the southern terminals later this afternoon, but chances are so low that have left it out of the forecast. Winds become light and return to the NE for the overnight hours, with SCT clouds clearing. VFR conditions prevail.

Generally NE flow will be in place across the coastal waters through much of the period, becoming a bit more easterly by the end of the period, and with an afternoon turn to the N/NW along the coast as a weak sea breeze develops. Wind speeds will remain generally 10-15kts or less through the period with dry conditions continuing through the weekend. Current forecast is on track and have little change for the update.
